Behind every successful project is a carefully mapped out contract. That’s why Bantrel’s contracts professionals play a crucial role in every project we take on. Our contracts team defines the project’s scope, schedule, and terms, helping enhance results for both Bantrel and our customer.
Bantrel’s highly capable Construction Management team is responsible for all jobsite activities and ensures operations meet design specifications and are completed safely, within budget, on time, and to our highest quality standards. From Construction Superintendents and Area Managers, to Construction Planners and General Foreman, our Construction Management team is prepared for any project thrown its way.
Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Instrumental in the maintaining of quality control throughout the company—both on and off-site—the Q.C. and Q.A. team is responsible for ensuring all tasks and inspection duties are in accordance with the Bantrel quality program.
Always hard at work, the Bantrel Labour Relations team is responsible for maintaining cooperative labour-management relations on their assigned projects. Their work can be seen through the administering of labour union agreements, the enforcing of work rules, or even the establishment of staffing requirements.
Completions, Commissioning & Start-up
Ranging from Managers and Field Engineers, to Document Controllers and Administrators, the Completions, Commissioning & Start-up team is comprised of a group of highly motivated individuals. They are accountable for the quality of start-up services and the timely and profitable completion of start-up activities on their assigned projects.
