Scope included:
- Regular Tailings (RT) from Plant 86 is to be pumped to a new tailings pond. From the new pond
- Thin Fine Tailings (TFT) collected and transferred using TFT barges to pump the TFT to a separate tailings pond
- High voltage infrastructure was required for the TA9 project to provide power supply to the new TFT barges.
- A new 72/7.2kV TFT Barge Substation (29EDD-366) and new 8kV trailing cables installed.
