EPCM services were provided by Bantrel to replace the existing 5C-9 fractionator tower with a new tower with a run length of 5 years including:
- New fractionator tower
- New modularized pipe bridge to connect the new fractionator with the base plant
- Equipment associate with additional pumping capacity and coke filtration
- Piping systems to/from the new plant and tie-ins to the existing base plant
- Electrical and instrumentation
