Bantrel has provided EPCM services for more than 20 small projects at the Chevron Burnaby refinery. The projects range d in size from very small maintenance projects to the construction of a new iso-octane unit. This particular project was unique due to the physical constraints of the Chevron Burnaby refinery. Bantrel designed a single fractionator with a feed flash drum instead of two columns. The second factor was the modular design to minimize site construction schedule.
