International Women's Day

In recognition and celebration of International Women’s Day and in alignment with our focus on increased representation of females at senior levels, the Women@Bantrel committee hosted a virtual “speed-mentoring” session as a means for providing women interested in gaining new perspectives and helpful career insights access to some of our company’s female leaders.

The breakout sessions were a huge success, inspiring meaningful, candid conversations and engagement, while also providing opportunities to connect with and support one another.
