Job Title: SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter resources to join our project team as a SPF/SPO Developer for Intergraph’s SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) application using the SmartPlant Enterprise for Owner Operator (SPO) schema. While two resources are currently being sought, it would be highly advantageous if a single candidate presents with all of the requisite skills as indicated below.
The project shall use SPF based on the SPO schema as an IM/IT environment that stores and manages engineering data and documents throughout the lifecycle of the processing facility. There are two implementations of SPO being used on the project, one for engineering integrated with the SmartPlant engineering applications and one deployed standalone by the Client for use in operations. These two deployments shall utilize SmartData Validator (SDV) for data exchange between the engineering and operations oriented systems.
This role will be based out of our Calgary, AB office.

The Application SPF/SPO Developer shall be responsible for; the ongoing development, integration, interfacing and support of the project SPF for data management and its interfaces with the project’s engineering systems and client's SPO environment. The Application SPF/SPO Developer shall provide support and consulting services on various integration and interfacing Projects for the successful deployment, implementation, configuration and maintenance of SmartPlant Foundation (SPF) and associated systems.
The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in working with Intergraph applications and should ideally also have strong IT skills with a good knowledge of database modelling, schema definition and data mapping; experience in C# programming is mandatory.
The Application SPF/SPO Developer needs to familiar with typical information flows and integration methodologies between non-Intergraph and non-engineering applications. An additional requisite would be a candidate who is also familiar with SDV for handover purposes, or SmartPlant Fusion and SPIOP for data capture and conversion. There shall be a requirement to collaborate effectively and provide mentoring within the project systems/services team, and to provide some support to activities like communication, presentation, client engagement etc.
