As the Junior Project Controls Analyst you would be responsible for assisting the Project Controls Lead in cost control monitoring and/or scheduling, data analysis and reporting for project cost engineering.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting Senior Project Controls Personnel in project cost engineering duties and/ or planning/ scheduling.
Interfaces with engineers, construction supervision, and management as necessary for collecting project controls related data and reporting.
Updates and maintains the project budget and cost data base information, as required.
Updates project schedules with inputs from the Senior Planner/ Scheduler
Provides support to project financial reporting and trending functions and the invoice/billing process as required.
Uses cost collection tools, develops and maintains cost and resource databases and reports.
Qualification in the field of Cost Control (for example – Construction Cost Control program from NAIT) OR Engineering Degree
1 to 3 years project controls experience.
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
Must possess good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Must possess a strong work ethic (taking responsibility & accountability)
Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
Right to work and remain in the country of assignment
Some scheduling experience with Primavera P6, an asset
Some exposure to Microsoft Power BI application, an asset
Access programming skills, an asset
